sardonik grin (aka themlyn) is a ritual a/v art project of llewyn máire, utilizing collaborative interfaces with fungi and flora, foraged sound and images, vocal tones and ocular textures, with experimental and traditional instrumentation — brewing sonic ecologies intended to ferment liberation.

Rev llewyn máire (they/ she/ ki) is a queer animist culture worker who has been trans*fermenting food, sound, and text in the Burren since 2015.
Ki is a community-based chef, facilitator, hedgerow academic, neuroqueer trans*mother, and ferment celebrant/ co-founder of Savage Craic.
llewyn is devoted to sharing relationship driven, land-centred experiences that highlight our relationships with each other and our more-than-human kin. Exploring those unique elements of exchange that bring us into reciprocity with place and each other.
This has manifested through making space, activism and creative work, organising events, free festivals, and care offerings in Europe, the UK and across Turtle Island since the early 90s.
She is currently based in the Republic of Ireland.
